Matters arising

Heritage Centre at Minions
Minions heritage centre is still closed and we don't know why. Derris said she would follow it up with "Ainsley".
Liskeard Castle report
Iain has checked the draft copy and returned it, so publication is closer.
Caradon Trail signs
IR will maintain the temporary signs pending further action.
Mapping the Sun
Leaflets have been produced and the Cornwall Archaeological Unit have a box of them which IR will collect and distribute.
Event underwriting
The form is available online here.
Diaspora
IR has passed information on to AH.

Finance update

Our balance remains the same at £1123.50.

Property audit

IR reported that this is still in progress.

Event planning

VISITLISKEARD.CO.UK has a calendar of events in and around Liskeard. They receive IR's mail about events and post them on the site.

Web update

Nothing to report because the subgroup hasn't met since last time. However there is general shortage of time available for people to commit to the site. There is to be an upgrade of the CMS software shortly.

Any other business

Date of next meeting

2014-11-20, which will be the CHP AGM, to be chaired by AH.

One agenda item may be to discuss the future pattern of meetings.
