Review of Minutes

The minutes of last year's AGM were accepted without modification (Proposed by (AH, seconded by DW).

Finance update

There is no change to our financial holdings of £1123.50. Our only expenditure has been for the hire of meeting rooms, but this is covered by donations from the attendees.

Note that the part of our funds which are from the sale of Alec Kendall's book can only be spent on project work, not running costs.

Election of officers

PNJ agreed to continue as secretary and this was approved by the meeting (Proposed by LS, seconded by BO).

DW agreed to continue as treasurer and this was approved by the meeting (Proposed by AH seconded by TP).

IR agreed to continue as equipment officer and this was approved by the meeting (Proposed by DW, seconded by LS).

Equipments

IR his distributed a list of the equipments we manage. DW noted that two of the three Phoenix 100 computers are currently non-functional. One is beyond economic repair and PNJ will attempt to restore the other.

IR reported that the digitisation and lighting stand is now at the museum.

We have agreed that the equipments held by the Trevithick Society can stay with them. They will sign an agreement to ensure that they will be returned to the CHP if that branch of the Trevithick Society closes down.

IR reported that the COG may have difficulty with storage of their equipments. Their AGM is imminent and IR plans to attend to find out more.

IR wishes to record our thanks to SR who has worked hard to finish preparation of the schools boxes. These are now safely stored at the museum.

Next meetings

The next AGM will be on 2016-11-17.

The next CHP meeting will be on 2016-01-21 at Liskeard. The chair will be MT. Please contact him in advance of the meeting with any agenda items.
